Some high fantasy art today, influenced by the Hawk Men of the Flash Gordon stories (particularly the 1980 film) and my desire to depict a warrior woman with the strength to do some real skull splitting.
This needs dark 1980s synth music. ;-) Sharing this one from August again today as we have clear skies to observe the North American solar eclipse in my yard this afternoon. We won’t experience full totality here, but it’ll be close at 97%. Pretty neat!
