The Minnesota state legislature has introduced a bill in both the house and senate to return land stolen - part of a treaty not upheld by the US - to the Indigenous Red Lake Nation.

It's the right thing to do. It will be challenging to accomplish, as it impacts current communities and businesses in the area. But it is the right thing to do.

Legislation would give state land around Upper Red Lake to Red Lake Nation

    The Kyiv Symphony Orchestra's Tour For Peace played at Carnegie Hall last week, and we got to see them perform tonight. I almost cried during the first song. The four pianists played on two pianos at the same time. Pretty amazing. We made it to the intermission with the 10yo. Now, pizza.

    1. Em talks about series she loves
    2. Jill sees and tries to figure out when to watch it
    3. Carm sees and starts watching
    4. Em sees Carm watch it and joins in
    5. Jill sees both Carm and Em watching it, tries to figure out how to watch it
    6. Jill tries, but runs into a challenge
    7. Em clears up the challenge for Jill
    8. Jill joins Em and Carm
    9. Glitch gets jealous and wants to join, too

    You planted the seed, but it takes time and encouragement 💞

    So waking up the next day to find your cat happily getting scritched on the lap of your date is a good sign.

    What y'all favorite album?
    I got 2 , songs in the key of life and innervisions _ stevie wonder. My gramps got these on vinyl and played them over and over i remember as a kid. I just starting my vinyl collection and these are the first albums I bought! Classics and both released years before my ass was even born !

    After all the smart-ness in , I needed a that didn't require any thinking. has the emotional and mental depth of an after-school special, and 20 minute episodes! Winning.

    Except the ML is a total JERK to the FL. And the 2ML is thoughtful, supportive, considerate, kind, emotionally aware... exasperated sigh

    OK, this choreographed groomsmen dance at the end of episode 21 (not a spoiler) makes up for a large chunk of my yelling at the leads.

    Final thoughts on the

    Unexpressive smart dude is loved unconditionally by an ever-grinning, not smart or capable young woman who follows him around like a puppy waiting to get kicked again. For too short of a time, she comes to her senses, but (spoiler) not long enough.

    A kind, handsome, charming, thoughtful, fun dude also loves her, but she prefers to be neglected and turns him down.

    Shallowly amusing.

    ML was a kpop idol which shows in his dancing. 👍🏻

    Live Nation owns venues across the US that directly compete with previously existing venues. And then TicketMaster - part of the same company as Live Nation - sells the tickets to the shows for those venues.

    They can't say "the venues set the price and fees, not the ticket seller" when they are both THE SAME COMPANY.

    Does TicketMaster still sell tickets for non-Live Nation venues in the same market as Live Nation venues? I don't think they do...
