Really sad news. I love Stars of the Lid. They were one of my first entry points into ambient music and have been a part of my life for a long time. I remember when Brian McBride’s first solo album came out and how much I loved putting it on at night just to relax. I highly recommend giving it a listen in his memory.

I like the app but everytime I wanna upvote or comment a post made through another instance the app won’t let me unless I make an account for every instance. How do I get around this?
Make sure you don't have an empty lemmy.ml instance in your accounts settings in Liftoff. This happened to me with lemmy.world which was apparently there by default. If there is one then long press it and remove it.
