@actuallyautistic Does anyone have any good book recommendations about autism in adults? I've got a coworker who wants to understand how they can work with me better, but I don't know any books to refer them to myself.

@oolivero45 @actuallyautistic I found Born on a Blue Day by Daniel Tammet incredibly interesting and moving. He is autistic, has synesthesia and gay. I learned a lot from his book.

Eventually it escalated to the point where, for the sake of her own safety and that of her family, she took the advice of the Dean at the Univ of São Paulo and left the country."

In Porto, Portugal they are having some problems with the increasing numbers of seagulls and pigeons. Some places, like landfills and cafés hire falcons to keep the other birds away. This one here is called Zeus and "works" for McDonalds

Another thought-provoking episode. I never knew that Indigenous ppls planted tobacco long before food crops. And the fact that tobacco was found in Utah, dating back more than 12,000 years, putting into question -again- the arrival of humans on the American continent. And much more #IndigenousKnowledge
