First time watching Amazon video after they started charging extra for it to not suck.

I will give them credit. They made sure it sucks enough to:

A) make me want to pay the blackmail
B) make me really examine paying for Prime in the first place.

@rdonoghue i cancelled because of the switch. Probably wouldn't have minded paying extra, but I didn't love their "thanks for years of customer loyalty, guess what you're bumped down to our chump tier now" approach. If they had raised my price and kept me at the premium tier, I might have stayed.

Does anyone understand Google Calendar invites? I get sent invites for meetings to james@crid.land whereupon I click "yes", and the invite details seem to think they've been accepted, but I don't have a Google account on that address (just a "send as" in Gmail), and the info gets lost. How do I divert and them on my Gmail account?

@james yeah I think the shares calendar might have permissions tied to where it was sent. Could you ask the sender to share directly with gmail or would that lift a veil you don't want to lift?
