The story was first published in Hidden Turnings, an anthology of new work edited by , and you’ll most easily find it in A Blink of the Screen in 2012.

But it’s also the first story in comic fantasy anthology The Flying Sorcerers, which used Josh Kirby’s illustration for the story as cover art.

Now obviously I cannot speak for him but I feel that if Terry were alive the addition of a line or two saying “The first book in the Discworld series – The Colour of Magic – was published in 1983. Some elements of the universe may reflect this" really would not bother him
