It seems like it would be fairly easy to find. All you need to do is find out where the price drops massively, and work backwards from there, since it doesn’t change the code going forward.

Not exactly. Most integrated chips have a small pool of dedicated VRAM, and then a bit more that they share with the system memory, though it’s generally only a portion, not all of it. It’s only Apple’s unified memory, and maybe other mobile chips that has them both share memory pool entirely, for better or worse, as far as I’m aware.
But it is worth noting that if you don’t have enough VRAM and have to put it into RAM, the minimum expectation is that you have twice the amount of RAM space. So if you have a GPU with 4GB of VRAM, and need to offload the extra to the system, you don’t need 16 GB, you need 32 GB.
For a lot of newer processors, it already is. Intel, Apple, Samsung, and Qualcomm like to brag about their processors having some sort of neural contraption meant to assist with AI processing.
If it stays around, it might be good enough that you don’t need a GPU to do it, since the CPU has an onboard chip that can handle that work instead, since tensor processors like that are a bit more efficient than GPUs, but are also more specialised.

Past a certain income level ($97 kAUD), you pay an additional levy (1 - 2%) on your taxes for the public system (which goes into supporting it), but otherwise can access it for relatively low cost/free if you’re a citizen, in an insurance-like system (if you go to a place that doesn’t do it automatically, but still qualifies, you can get a rebate).
You can avoid paying the tax if you opt for private health insurance, and don’t use the public system altogether.
Neither of them are tied to employment, although some employers do offer health insurance as an extra addition in pay package bundles, like they do with cars and things.
Enough. One screen may cost $5, but if it replaces 10 - 20 15¢ buttons, that’s still worthwhile.
Especially since there would be labour cost savings installing buttons, and not having to spend time installing spacers replacing those buttons for different trims, when they can just do it all in one screen, and fold it into the infotainment system install cost.

It might depend on whether fabricating them wholesale would be considered a nude or not. Legally, it could be considered a different person if you’re making it, since the “nude” is someone else, and you’re putting their face on top, or it’s a complete fabrication made by a computer.
Unclear if it would still count if it was someone else and they were lying about it being the victim, for example, pretending a headless mirror-nude was sent by the victim, when it was sent by someone else.
Tensor processors/AI accelerators have also been a thing on new hardware for a while. Mobile devices have them, Intel/Apple include them with their processors, and it’s not uncommon to find them on newer graphics cards.
That would just make it easier compared to needing quite a powerful computer for that kind of task.
