@TalktoBeverley How far would £81.90 get you in a care home? Absolutely nowhere. These people are saving the nhs and councils millions by caring for their relatives at home, and they deserve better.

Whilst checking the spelling of his name I discover he's a doctor. I cannot imagine how I would feel if I had to rely on him for healthcare. And as for a supposedly educated person using such trite and unintelligent language... trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator.
