I understand the motivation behind this opinion and would like to see testing of beauty products on animals outlawed. But pigs with lipstick is not really what you take the most issues with, is it? It’s about giving rabbits cancer so we can test new cancer drugs on them. Assuming we make that illegal, how do you propose new cancer treatments should be tested?

This is not wrong, but also absolutely irrelevant here. You can be against AI, but please make the argument based on facts, not by parroting some distantly related talking points.

Current image generation is powered by diffusion models. Their inner workings are completely different from large language models. The part failing here in particular is the text encoder (clip). If you learn how it works and think about it you’ll be able to deduce how the image generator is forced to draw this image.

Edit: because it’s an obvious limitation, negative prompts have existed pretty much since diffusion models came out

Meine erste Reaktion war auch wtf, aber es scheint nur um die Feinheiten des Gesetzes zu gehen.

Obwohl das BayObLG das Urteil des AG Augsburg teils aufhob, bedeutet dies nicht, dass der Fahrer nun ohne Strafe bleibt. Das AG Augsburg muss jetzt nämlich erneut feststellen, ob der Fahrer eine Ordnungswidrigkeit begangen hat, indem er das Polizeifahrzeug behinderte. Aus dem ersten Urteil des AG Augsburg geht hervor, dass der Autofahrer für eine Dauer von 5 Minuten einem Polizeiauto die Weiterfahrt verhinderte, obwohl dieses mit Blaulicht unterwegs war. Das AG muss nun prüfen, ob eine Ordnungswidrigkeit vorlag, was für den Fahrer ein Bußgeld nach §§ 38 Abs. 1 Satz 2, 49 Abs. 3 Nr. 3 StVO nach sich ziehen könnte, da bei Blaulicht alle übrigen Verkehrsteilnehmer sofort freie Bahn zu schaffen haben.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es dennoch eine Strafe gibt, da nicht zügig freie Bahn für das Einsatzfahrzeug geschaffen wurde. Es besteht de jure keine Pflicht eine Rettungsgasse zu bilden. Aber eine Rettungsgasse zu bilden ist der einzige Weg sofort freie Bahn zu schaffen, also der facto …

Finde die Kommentare hier auch teilweise ziemlich radikal.

Aber die Sache ist halt schon, dass die ganzen Regeln einzig und allein aufgrund von Autos existieren.

Sogar wenn ich mit Freunden Fahrrad fahre, regen die sich immer darüber auf das ich bei rot tatsächlich warte weil es ja “eh egal ist”.

Wenn kein Auto involviert ist ist es tatsächlich egal. Falls du Koordinaten von Ampeln auf Rad/Rad oder Fußgänger/Rad oder Fußgänger/Fußgänger Kreuzungen hast will ich die unbedingt sehen! Bis jetzt habe ich nämlich noch von keiner einzigen gehört. Der Zyniker sagt das liegt daran, dass für Fahrradinfrastruktur kein Geld ausgegeben wird, aber viel wahrscheinlicher ist es, dass Personen auf kleinen wendigen und muskelgetriebenen Maschinen halt einfach keine so starren Regeln brauchen.

Noch dazu kommt, dass man sich meistens als Außenseiter auf Autoinfrastruktur bewegt. Das natürliche Verhalten schneidet sich mit den Regeln, die auf dem Papier gelten. Das Verhalten von Radfahrern auf Straßen muss man also mit Autos in Spielstraßen, Fahrradstraßen und Fußgängerzonen vergleichen. Und auch wenn da zum Glück nicht oft was passiert schneidet da der durchschnittliche Autofahrer auch nicht gut ab (Schrittgeschwindigkeit ist doch 15kmh, oder?)

• At the moment we have one time zone all the way from Spain to like Poland. Poland doesn’t want to give up summer time, Spain doesn’t want to give up standard time. (Or was it the other way around?). They are on the fringes of the time zone, geographically speaking and feel the negative effects the most. Obviously neither country wants to make the situation worse for its citizens, so no agreement has been reached.

Ich will hier keine rechten Sprüche unterstützen, aber die wirtschaftliche Realität setzt halt doch manchmal eine Grenze. In Strukturschwachen Regionen ist halt nicht die Frage “wie wenig kann ich meinen Angestellten bezahlen um maximal Gewinn zu erwirtschaften?” Sondern halt “wie viele Kunden verliere ich, wenn ich die Kosten um 10% erhöhe um meinen Angestellten eine Gehaltserhöhung trotz Inflation zu ermöglichen?” “Kann ich die Kosten eines höheren Sozialbeitrages schlucken oder muss ich die Kosten erhöhen?” “Die Nachfrage hat nachgelassen, welcher meiner zehn Mitarbeiter ist nächsten Monat arbeitslos?”

Und wenn für den Arbeitgeber die Personalkosten ungefähr doppelt so hoch sind wie der Nettoverdienst seiner Angestellten, dann liegt die Frage nahe, wo denn die ganzen Steuern und Abgaben hin gehen. Und ob man nicht den Angestellten etwas mehr zahlen könnte, wenn man Flüchtlingen kein Geld gibt.

Klar, wenn man recherchiert findet man schon raus, wie viel irrsinniges Geld für Subventionen in obsolete Industriezweige fließen und wie viel im Vergleich dazu in das Sozialsystem (Rente mal ausgenommen, die übersteigt alles). Aber die Frage der Person im Artikel ist verständlich naheliegend.
