Generally speaking the threshold for when money becomes evil, is when you’re actively defending, hoarding, and even lashing out at poor people for dare saying you could be using the money better.
If you truly have millions then you could just as easily donate to food shelters, help lobby for laws that don’t ban homelessness, you could even use that money to defend the people who are being squashed by the wealthy.
There are millions of things to do with your millions of dollars, that also won’t leave you broke. Its sad to think you equate helping/donating = becoming poor.
Id like to know what means “too much fiddling”. So far in my steam library of 400+ games, there has only been one that didn’t work with my Steam Deck, and it was because the Devs chose Kernel Level Anticheat over making the game available to Linux users.
Hell, the most “fiddling” i do, is “Add game as a non-steam game” through lutris so my controller works in gaming mode. Or maybe I have to change the graphics preset from high to low? If thats too much fiddling than yeah, I guess I’d be curious what you do on windows that isn’t considered fiddling.
Generally if the lock is horizontal its supposed to mean locked. You can flip this on most common locks, but then its backwards. It makes sense from a visual perspective to have vertical unlock, horizontal lock.
Those shitty soap operas generally get views, and it also goes to show that a cartoon is even more rare. The Simpsons is alright, and people clearly do watch it if its still running. Hell, most good shows only get 3 to 5 seasons now if they’re lucky!
Great game, completely web based. Has an extremely active community, and is coming up on its 20th anniversary. If you want more details, help, or anything at all just message me In-Game as Zoot.
I’ve found most everyone is incredibly friendly. You may accidentally be democratized on occasion, but as long as you always believe its an accident you’ll be fine.
Make sure to hug at evac, and hug before being sent to the planet. You never know if its the last time you’ll get to see your brothers.
You said your kid uses discord? So you’re completely fine with all of their messages being fair share for anyone to view, and you having no say in the matter?
As soon as its done easily on the steam deck I’m all for it. I just cba to use a real pc, especially one with windows after being spoiled so much with hand helds.
Today in a Privacy community a post about YouTube. No word about privacy but all about which software or settings are needed to watch videos and the money needed to host videos. It made me wonder whether some of you can lead a meaningful life without YouTube. Or will a cold turkey bring the worst out of you ?
Blows my mind with the responses on here. I use YouTube maybe once a month, if something interesting pops up? Or for a music video or a science related subject. Reading is just so much more pleasant than trying to go through all the spam, trash, ads, and bad videos. I don’t know how you all stand youtube personally.
Sometimes you’ve just really got to let it out, and you need to make time to do it. Really makes ya sad that people break down to that point and can’t just take a minute for a hug.
Do increased speed limits and better infrastructure go in as well? The reason people speed is generally because the limits don’t match the road and cars of today’s day and age.
Yeah but you’re likely to die around the same time as another person. As long as you can float as fast as you could run, im sure you’d eventually find a partner…
Hi guys! So, yeah…Which games are good for a nice gaming session while on a flight? Last time I played one of the newer Tomb Raider games, and while performance was good, it decked (heh) the battery in less than 1h… So, while I like these too, if the flight doesn’t have a socket under the seat I might want to play games...
Second this, especially if you do want to play bigger games like Cyberpunk. Also tends to come in handy for road trips, or extended stays outside which I love.
Generally its only 10 to 15 more commons than rares. Recently especially I’ve found a lot of groups of like 4 or 5 rares, and only 1 common with it. Was doing a lot better yesterday generally getting close to 30 commons, with close to 20 rares, which, still aint a good enough ratio to let me get an abundance of commons.
This sounds to me like a step in the right direction. I only wish that they applied to all current datasets and not just any new model in going forward.
