ME/CFS research has been underfunded for years, so I don't think anyone knows for sure, but getting loads of rest (more than you might think you need) seems to increase the odds of recovery.

@bazkie And this longer document (8 pages) for clinicians (doctors) might be something to share with her doctor. But only if the doctor is sympathetic (some don't respond well to patients giving them info)
@bazkie Yeah, it's not worth trying to convince a doctor who is not already sympathetic, especially one who thinks it's psychological. But I know it's a lot of effort to find a new doctor.
