I mostly eat things like Sushi, Sashimi, and Carpaccio at restaurants. Like I really decide I don't want to cook, so I go out and pay someone to also not cook for me.
Anyone do real estate in the UK? Found this cool shop/apartment combo, but I'm getting suspicious of the amount of investment properties getting offloaded lately. I assume the market is gonna crash a bit, but is it worth waiting if I'm not looking to retire anytime soon? ๐ค
@malwaretech my view is this: in the US now is a very good time to reposition away from real estate. I am rebalancing Thursday by divesting a property. The UK seems to lag by 6-12 months . That would suggest a delay.
My view is that the "API off" and/or "API expensive" decisions at both twitter and reddit have only to do with building a data moat so that LLMs from "outside" not in clear partnership with the pile in question are prohibited from accessing possible training data. #MLsec
@matthewmaybe I think that is a reasonable view. So the notion is ultimately to gate check the data I/O. I don't think they want to squash such activity, just control it to their own advantage.
