Are there any #printer companies* that are legit good?

Like ideally:

• Not placing profit above literally everything else
• #OpenSource firmware
• Prioritizing longevity, #repair and user modification/upgrade
• Probably non-toxic/eco-friendly ink (I don't know but my guess is that this isn't a priority for the big players...)

*company or other entity... like, gimme some open-source designs for a printer that you can build yourself too, that works haha

Are there any good tools for analysing your Mastodon network in a #GraphTheory / #NetworkAnalysis kind of way?

I'd love to:

• visualise the different groups of people that I follow: what are the connections between the people that I follow?
• see which accounts post a lot, or not at all
• see which accounts I interact with the most (are there people that I followed but it turns out I'm not actually interested in what they post now?)
• see what hours I and others post

Switching everything over to my new* #Fairphone today! Lovely to be back on a Fairphone after a brief adjournment**!

• New to me - it's an old #Fairphone3 that a friend of mine didn't get on with - hoping we get on better!

** I was on a #Fairphone2 when I moved to the USA, but slowly the old bands got turned off and it became unmanageable 😢

Well over half my (ex-Twitter) timeline is currently American and I’d like to encounter more local perspectives.

My kid who's been sick isn't quite recovered enough to go to school, but is feeling well enough to be very bored at home with me. Yay, I guess? I just made a new batch of playdough, hopefully that'll buy me a little bit of writing time!

Just noticed myself doing an interesting thing:
I opened the pdf on my phone of a paper I wanted to read (synced via #Zotero -> #Zotfile -> #Dropbox), saw that it was published by #eLife, and thought "huh, this will be nicer to read via the website" and clicked the #DOI to read it there instead.
