If you read what Riikka Purra, the head of Finnish far-right party, has been writing about ethnic minorities you can't avoid of seeing how exited she is always when she is using a rascist expression. You can easily feel the change in the register, some sort of a modulation happening when she attacks other people by using the ugliest expressions of them she dares to think.

Another thing that makes me wonder is how she seems to think that all the gestures of males from other ethnicities are always sexualised and directed towards her. She also writes how hot looking blonde she is.

This all makes me wonder if she is really a right person to be a minister, or party leader or any other kind of person who has power.

@ilonmilitantti all these "shock, horror, PS members are closet racists" pearl-clutching nonsense from the media is very irritating:

  1. What on earth was the media doing before the election? How come all this comes to light now?

  2. PS being racist is the core of their identity. Being outed by the media for being racist is a badge of honour, not shame.

  3. Von Papen - sorry Orpo - thinks he can control these people. But then again, Orpo is an idiot.

Aina joskus tuntuu siltä, että persujen nousun myötä yhteiskunnasta on hajonnut jonkinlainen aivan olennainen minimihäpeän mekanismi. Yksilön elämässä häpeä on enimmäkseen paska juttu, kyllä, mutta ehkä ripaus sitä voisi olla joskus ihan paikallaan noin niin kuin makrotasolla. Se että kusipäisyys maksaisi jotain. PS don't consider racist comments and jokes anything to be ashamed of, any more than a Green party member would be ashamed of owning a bicycle. It's who they are, and being caught out by the media is a badge of honour to them and their supporters.

The question is why the other government parties haven't pulled out of the coalition yet. Clearly the national budget is of such national importance that it's worth tarnishing the reputation of their party and country.

Not going to lie, the Elizabeth Holmes story still completely amazes me. All that money came from people who didn't think for one second, "why do they take so much blood now?" and then look that shit up. I mean, blood is a complex mixture. A lot of tests are 'parts per' measurements. Just seems like a complete no brainer.
