I told a certain person off not because I want to somehow condone @dettlaff's clearly idiotic behaviour. This also had nothing to do with Russia or nazis or ableism apologists or whatever else of sort.
It was because I have zero tolerance threshold for bullying and petty blackmail, especially from people I thought I'm on the same team with. I'm taking no such shit, whoever you are.
if a simple conversation makes a sick person flare up, it doesn't automatically mean they were trolled.
public criticism = bad criticism
If you want to get your point across, doing it publicly along with insults is the worst option.
until it looks like a public flogging.
I see a lot of accusations against me, and no one has been able to get the original dialog and analyze it.
because before you make accusations, why don't you look at who wrote what to whom? I may not be the one who got personal.
If you truly want someone to accept your point of view, rather than publicly denying it to save face, public criticism is not a good option. What is your goal? If it's to publicly scold, then it's fine. But if it's to suggest an alternative opinion and make the person think, then it's a poor choice.
This is a certain base of the correct dialogue. If you want, I can bring links to sources
Cool KDE Plasma Tip: Quickly access task manager apps with [Meta] + [number]
@kde's task manager usually lives in the panel located by default at the bottom of your desktop (see attached image).
Quickly open or display apps shown in the task manager by holding down the [Meta] (aka "Windows") key and hitting one of the number keys at the top of your keyboard.
Reach the first app on the left with [Meta] + [1], the second from the left with [Meta] + [2], etc.
