Power-assist steering allows you to wear out your tires and steering mechanisms by cranking on it while stationary and most people never had to learn how to turn the machine without that. 🤦 chevy bolt puts itself in park if you open the driver's door with your foot on the brake... I'm just trying to position it and can't see the front corner by sticking my head out the window. Also it automatically sets/unsets the parking brake if you park on a hill but doesn't automatically set or release it when you don't. I don't want over-the-air updates, give me source code and the ability to update the device.
The resume filtering most companies are doing for tech jobs is clearly only letting liars and unicorns through to the other side of the pile. Technically you have to put your toe in with the sharks for this to have been a violation on the #drivers' part. Pedestrians are also technically within their rights to signal their intent to cross by deploying a spike strip ("including but not limited to cane, crutch or bicycle.")
Don't leave room like this. If you don't want the driver to squeeze in and you have the right of way, you have to ride straight at them to clarify that. Drivers should do better and so should infrastructure but that's my experience about where you position yourself, sorry.
