He rejected calls to use the supplied weapons on the territory of Russia. There are "clear rules that have been agreed with Ukraine and that are working" for German arms deliveries, Scholz said.

"That's my theory, anyway," he added. The goal of Ukraine policy is to "prevent it from becoming a big war," Scholz added.

Ukraine signed a non-proliferation deal in 1994 and gave up their nuclear weapons… in exchange for the US one day telling them, when Russia fires at civilians in Kharkiv from across the border, Ukraine cannot fire back.

Sullivan can kick rocks. If he hasn't figured out that russia's last hope died in the 90's when their smart people left, he needs a new job that doesn't affect the lives of others.
