    The White House isn't the court. It wasn't the US that ordered the deportation, it was the court. They had their opportunity to present their case, and the court made a decision. They have the right to apply for asylum under the law, but it's still up to the court. If their rights were violated, they have an attorney to represent them at taxpayer expense.
