officially looking for a new bank soon
i was trying to buy a separate server to move off the minecraft server from my VPS for a minecraft hosting. found the prefect provider, got it all setup for like 10$ went to pay the invoice and the very lovely new feature my bank implemented when it went from a local bank to selling off to a mega corpo bank, to all online payments it implements the very broken mastercard ID check. its extremely glitchy and seems to deny random charges online depending on how it feels like.

I don’t inherently have an issue with AI in concept but not only do I think the way it’s being deployed right now is fully incapable of ethics. There is no reflection on how bias is being influenced in these models at all. Even more so, it is fundamentally impossible for an ethical AI to exist under capitalism. It will always perpetuate the inherent biases of capitalism in of itself
