@jon is there a complete set of rules / exceptions what is allowed with Deutschlandticket? Maybe even machine readable so it can be easier implemented in routing engines?

I am aware that DB navigator and others don't implement this. But it could be implemented in open source routing engines, if the data was available.

After years of decline, the number of pedestrians killed by drivers began to rise in 2008 -- but only at night

No-one's quite sure why

Embiggified vehicles don't seem to be the cause ...

... though distracted driving does seem to be part of it

Also: more people living alongside massive highway-esque suburban roads

Because these billboards are just monitors rotated 90 degrees, theyโ€™re invisible to polarized sunglasses. Itโ€™s like a real-life ad blocker!

@heiseonline ich halte die kรผnftig besonders zuhause als Ergรคnzung zur Photovoltaik fรผr interessant:

  • billig, wenn es in Massen produziert wird
  • 30% hรถheres Volumen pro kWh macht nichts
  • wenig feuergefรคhrlich
  • hoher Temperaturbereich, auch wennโ€˜s sehr kalt ist

Just been to a DM in Mรผnchen to buy Corona tests. โ€œWe donโ€™t have anyโ€ was the rather worrying response. โ€œWill you ever get some in stock?โ€ โ€œWe donโ€™t knowโ€
