Trending in the #Philippines : Most confusing mall.

a. SM North / SM West
b. Trinoma
c. Alabang Town Center (a.k.a. ATC)
d. Glorietta
e. Robinson's Galleria (a.k.a. Galle)
f. Robinson's Place Manila/Ermita

Within my own circles, we agree that the most confusing are Trinoma > ATC > Robinson's Galleria > Robinson's Place Manila, in that order.

SM Malls, at least those they designed directly (not bought), are mostly generic. (Note: SM Mall of Asia, still the largest mall in the Philippines & 6th in the world, is currently confusing because of the major on-going overhaul.)

Ironically, Ayala-owned malls are generally confusing, with the exception of Glorietta (the layout is like a spiderweb). Trinoma and ATC are both Ayala-owned.

How about you? What do you think is the most confusing mall(s) for you?

@youronlyone @pilipinas @philippines @pinoy @pinoy I don't find ATC confusing, but that's probably because I grew up visiting it often. I personally find SM North the most confusing because of "The Annex" and "The Block"

I've given myself time to digest the new record. I think if I were to rank it alongside her other albums, it would somewhere be in the bottom half...

That being said, I feel like most of my problems with the record are the track listing. While Taylor has excellent songs on every album, she could really curate the tracklist a bit better.

I made a 13-track playlist version of the album for when I get too overwhelmed by the real one.

I still think #RedTaylorsVersion, #folklore, and #evermore are her top 3.

I'm hopeful she'll collaborate more with other producers for her next album. I'd love to see what she can make with Ariel Rechtshaid.

I'm working on a term paper about Filipino heritage expression and genealogy. One of the references I'm using, "Tracing Your Philippine Ancestors" by Lee W. Vance, was published in 1980. The only copy of it I can find is in the UP Diliman Main Library, and it's only for room use.

Does anyone here have any leads where I can find a copy that I can buy or browse for long periods of time?

I'll spend this semester teaching Speech 30 (Public Speaking and Persuasion) to three sections at #UPDiliman. It's still a challenge teaching students who are around my age group, but the goal is to make learning as fun as it could be.

As a graduate student of Philippine Studies, I'm taking classes on research, Philippine Society and Culture, and Philippine Cultural Heritage. It's going to be a busy five months ahead.

About halfway through R.F. Kuang's "Babel" and I think I chose the best book to get back into my reading habits. The writing style is accessible, the setting and atmosphere are gripping, and the themes are relevant.

I think this is my sign to purchase The Poppy War trilogy and Yellowface. I bought my copy of Babel a few weeks ago, when I was visiting Malaysia for a debate tournament.

The 'dark academia' vibe and the colonialism discourse make it the perfect read during my off days.

Nearly three months since graduation, and I've decided to scour through my undergraduate class papers. I'm hoping there's something here that can be turned into something greater.

Many upperclassmen and faculty members have encouraged me to try and explore the world of journals. I'll use my downtime to not just read but also learn about getting published.

This is my first time using Mastodon. I'm guessing the learning curve is going to be lengthy...
