Riding a bike burns about 50 Calories per mile. Burning a gallon of gas releases about 8,800 grams CO2e. By knowing how many grams of CO2 are emitted per Calorie of food, we can calculate the miles per gallon equivalent (in terms of GHG emissions) for biking depending on what you eat.     Seeing the real-time boomerfication of people my age is truly bizarre

    The people I knew who used to sneak out of their parents house to smoke weed and play Halo are now worried that the Vision Pro is going to turn kids into zombies like floating calculator app in the living room is somehow a cognitohazard

    Bitcoin has little intrinsic value and is almost exclusively used as an investment vehicle.
