Why. The ligature causes so many problems. Spacing: massive counter under the bar. Dot: the ij needs its dots, this just reads wrong. There is plenty of room. Flag: no need for the flag on the f to be so wide. Look at the j.

The ClockPix clock by @vasilis is close to my heart. A collection of photos of clocks in the real world. I don’t understand private equity finance, but I can imagine that if my company had to pay the interest on a 1.45 bn dollar loan I’d be a bit nervous with this news. It shows that Monotype is more valuable as a thing to borrow against than actual income from licenses. Oh dear.
