@rochacbruno hiding elements based on CSS classes, using 1Blocker extension (but I guess this workaround works in whatever ad blocking extension that supports custom rules)

2 weeks ago I had no idea how to host a
Today I have 14 services running on my own domain, with admin panel, backups, monitoring, email, SSO (so good to have the same user across all the services!)

I still need to do some tweaks to the services, but for a single user all running well.

As I am using 2 VPS the total cost is € 9,50/month + a donation of 5€ to :yunohost: project.

I could run everything on my own home, maybe I will do that in the future.

This is your regular reminder that most communications on Telegram are not end-to-end encrypted. Channels and groups are never end-to-end encrypted and 1-on-1 messages are only end-to-end when explicitly enabled.

Há meses (anos?) vivo com os dedos esfolados por arrancar a pele em torno das unhas. (Foto meio nojenta.) É automático e irresistível, e sempre bate o arrependimento depois, seguido do “vou parar com isso”. Óbvio que não paro.

I mostly use Signal to talk to people and I love it and what it represents, but iMessage is so tightly integrate in Apple ecosystem (plus, its desktop app isn't an Electron monstrosity). Sometimes I feel guilty for preferring iMessage over Signal 🫣

@raphael maybe it isn't if used only in one device (phone). I got in trouble managing encryption keys and keeping them synced in 3~4 devices.

I have high hopes in Element X. It's a sleek, straightforward app that hides most of Matrix complexity. But after convincing my parents, siblings, and girlfriend to move to Signal, I gotta need a really good argument to make them move to yet another app 😄

Falaram tanto de “X-Men '97” no @orbita que comecei a ver. E é ok, considerando que a barra para filmes/séries de bonecos da Marvel é baixíssima. Uma coisa que me incomoda muito, porém, é que toda hora alguém morre, mas na real ninguém morre de fato. Todo mundo reaparece, ou ressuscita, ou na verdade não morreu. Preguiça.

TIL you can directly add modifiers to Font values. Obvious now but never tried it. #swiftui

Footnote: fontDesign currently unsupported.

@bardi makes sense! Even though I suggested the rejected option, I think it would better to move on instead of creating an option. It's such a small detail to add clutter to config screen 😉
