Oui, nous sommes parfaitement d'accord.
C'est néanmoins un premier pas, et 2 à 3 milliards € par an, ce n'est pas complètement négligeable.

D'ailleurs, Martine JODEAU, juriste au sein de l'asso Pour l'Ukraine, leur Liberté et la nôtre, a fait la démonstration de la validité de la saisie du capital des avoirs russes, au titre des contre-mesures au service d'un État agressé.

La logique de Kepel dans la promotion de son dernier livre me laisse pantois. Il ne cesse de fustiger l'inanité du terme "Sud global" (cela me va)... mais le répète de façon obsessionnelle !
On s'abstient normalement d'utiliser un concept que l'on souhaite démonter.
