Next week, I'm going to share with you all, how another amazing elementary school teacher made a huge positive difference in my life. I'll also touch upon how this teacher was bullied by both students & staff. She was one of the first lesbian teachers I had. I never had issues w/it. She was kind & caring towards me. Crazy churchy parents made up total lies about her being a sexual predator. They caused her to have a nervous breakdown. She was an OUTSTANDING TEACHER. She deserves best in life!
I will never again have that "eww, what's that feature?!" effect on my microblogging platform. That's because only I am able to add more features. Or remove them. And that's awesome. #Mastodon#SocialMedia#Fediverse
I'm expecting the upcoming version of #Mastodon so I can implement the official thread lines on #MastodonBirdUI. My hack works, but the official is always better.
The very unglamorous side of starting your own businesses, at any age - sitting here at 10:45 pm, returning emails, balancing my books, lining up referral calls, triple checking the schedule, session notes, and consultation notes while trying to watch the NHL playoffs.
I just finished recording an episode of the @thunderbird podcast, where we interviewed @mconley who is a principal engineer at Firefox. It’s one of those chats that will reignite your love for both the early internet era and #opensource.
It’s conversations like this that make me sorely miss my own podcast.
Luckily for all of us, Mike will also be a guest on @Linux4Everyone in the near future, because we have a lot more geeking out to do!
