hey anyone particularly savvy with router configs and stuff following me? I'm running into an issue on my home network i'd love some help with

any time a download happens on my network, it immediately throttles every single other thing happening on the network to a halt until that download is finished. Even on the same system that's processing the download. Is there a particular router config setting I should mess with to make sure that everything plays nice?

paint.net is good for quick edits but it's not remotely powerful enough for some stuff that i do

I like engine-focused combo decks like storm or grinding station, and aggressive tempo-centric decks like arclight phoenix or prowess decks, and especially decks that combine the two somewhat. What decks would interest me?

officially have logs on every fight this patch in #guildwars2

need to get logs for the easier CMs but, I'm really pleased with my performance. I'm hoping I can go out as the #1 willbender when pistol comes out and i eventually have to relearn the spec, chasing mastery on it has been such a fun adventure for me :)
