This was the only case that could have given him prison time before the election. Let’s see the judge screw it up.

If he gets probation, how would that work? Normally you have to notify someone when you leave the state. That would be a full-time job for someone campaigning.

Their are a lot of correlation between diagnoses. I was thinking about those basic diagnostic tests that have “Strong disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree.” If a certain set of responses gets you “probable ADHD”, what would the opposite responses get you?
I’ve had this vague idea for some time now that you could map metal states to a (N-dimensional) Cartesian plane, and set “normal” as the origin. Since no one is directly on the origin, everyone could be defined by a magnitude and an angle. Everyone in a certain “direction” could be mapped as ADHD, but their magnitude could vary. More testing would reveal more people closer to the origin - and infinite testing could diagnose every person with something.
Sienna is retiring, someone has to be the new “ran as a progressive Democrat, reveal to be a backstabbing moron with no convictions whatsoever” in the senate
Oh, they won’t win, but it is very curious that a position held by a great number of Americans isn’t even represented as a candidate. Of course, the same goes for marijuana legalization and a lot of other things that Biden breaks with the democrats on, but it still is odd that no small party is filling the void.
Sort of like if the British lib-dems were against rejoining the E.U.
Who decides how much, if at all, prison sentence Trump will get? Is there a minimum sentence? Since the judge sounded like he didn’t want to put Trump in jail.
Trump will eventually do something that gets between rich people and their money while also being an impeachable offense. The “sane” bussiness republican VP will pardon Trump after his impeachment and have him live out the rest of his life as a fox news call in guest until he died of “old age”.
