A fleet of airplanes has been found to have a potential electrical flaw near a fuel tank that aviation regulators fear could cause an explosion.

Boeing 777 liners are at risk of “electrostatic discharge” near its center-wing fuel tank, which could possibly cause it to catch fire and explode, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

@yogthos One wonders how long any major plane manufacturer could have made so many planes for so long with so many flaws.

It’s 2023 but autocomplete on one of the most popular mobile platforms on the planet is still not good half the time.

In my previous post, it guessed that my mangling of spelling “despite” meant that I wanted the word “seabird” inserted.

‘… my old car didn’t sell seabird a deeply discounted price’? Is that what you think I was shooting for? Because wow.

Then of its own accord, it added ‘s to the corrected word.

Yes… “despite’s”… which isn’t even a thing.

GAH.

Shaking my head about the weird story of that guy who bejeweled his testicles.

It was pretty nuts.

To celebrate 420 I had not one but TWO gummies.

That are all CBD and no THC.

For my sore back.

No one parties like a 51 year-old dad.

PLEASE BOOST.

Has anyone set up a business name for their work? Like, named themselves a studio, or whatever, to work under?

I can see potential pros and cons but wanted to figure that out before I actually started promoting myself on websites.

Good/bad/ugly feedback?

Windows smartypants peeps:

Is there a shortcut to rebooting that will still free up as much CPU power and RAM as shutting down and restarting?

I'm running a lot of stuff on my aging laptop lately (with a scant 4 megs of RAM, the most it can carry), and it understandably seizes up and misbehaves after a while of that. But I don't want to do a full shutdown and reboot just to clear things up.

Or is that the best/most efficient way to accomplish this and get things running smoothly again?

I’m torn on whether or not it’s a a good thing that to look at me, you wouldn’t know if I’d slept well or had precious little sleep because… oh, I don’t know… let’s say the dog was barking his fool head off at nothing discernible into the wee hours.
