A 40-year-old man in Illinois, Adam R. Mouser, will spend more than a year in a federal correctional facility for making violent threats against the lives of President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and several congressional Democrats.

As for institutions... We have them up here in Canada too. The CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) is a clusterfuck. This institution that is supposed to regulate telecommunications, for example. Yet we have some of the highest mobile phone and Internet prices in the world.
