I'm debating reviving my official pixelfed hosting service idea, it's not a regular host service though!

Rather you'd bring a S3, Hetzner, Linode, DigitalOcean API key to our service

We would provision or otherwise manage (1-click updates, automated backups) your instance while allowing you to maintain total control over ownership of the underlying server and data

I'm thinking $5-20 a month for this, and it would allow admins a new level of peace of mind while maintaining total control

Stop platform hate, create or collaborate

The #fediverse isn't perfect, it's the best solution we have

You can make a difference, simply by participating in a project/platform and suggesting ideas or reporting bugs

You don't need to know how to code to make this place better, but if you want to make a bigger impact, it does help

We need to stop shitting on fedi platforms like Mastodon and see the fediverse as the competitor to centralized social platforms

Hoy quiero anunciar un nuevo proyecto en el que estoy trabajando: un cliente para el escritorio de #peeertube

Mi idea es hacer algo más o menos sencillo, básicamente navegar por la instancia que quieras usar, buscar, ver vídeos, descargarlos, etc., y sin necesidad de tener cuenta en ninguna instancia.

Lo estoy programando usando Tauri, VUE y poco más, lo empecé con Python y Flet, pero Flet aun le faltan cosas por implementar, aparte de varias optimizaciones.

Mi ultima compra #retro del año, al menos en físico, es el #Megaman Zx para #NDS

Este es el único juego de Megaman que he jugado hasta pasármelo, y mira que he jugado tanto a los originales de NES como varios de Super Nintendo, pero este es el único al que me enganche

El próximo viernes empieza una nueva edición de las jornadas lúdicas Ludo Ergo Sum: juegos de rol, de mesa, demos, rol en vivo, etc.

Son en Madrid, en el barrio de Aluche, y podéis inscribiros a través de su web, así como en las actividades media hora antes de que empiecen (así evitas colas)
