Does anyone know what it means when Bell Mobility says "This plan only does SD Video” ? Does that mean they have agreements with sites like YouTube to only allow SD video quality? Or are they somehow able to throttle traffic that looks like video? (Not sure how that would work with TLS but maybe they do something evil/smart)

Why do we have both signed and unsigned chars in C?

I understand the difference between them, but why on earth do we need a char type that can hold negative numbers?

Ok enough is enough. The LG TV, which is otherwise fantastic, showed another promo popup about something I really do not care about. I turned off the Wi-Wi and will be using the AppleTV exclusively from now on. I really hate this trend.

I'm trying to research how people handle service-to-service authentication in microservice models, and somehow still getting a lot of "well it's inside your network, so just treat it as though the request came from the AWS API Gateway and you're good, you don't need to authenticate that". Ugh.
