Someone on asked about the future of physical media. The #1 answer was piracy. And honestly, they are right. If everything went to streaming today and there was no way to physically own it, I would say that morally, is justified, but I struggle with this as a . Thoughts?

@teamtuck As much as I don't like to say it, we as consumers are not entitled to everything.

Owners have control over the things they own. I don't have a say in the matter other than choosing whether or not to support their chosen method of distribution.

This will likely mean I don't get to see something that others can. Personally, I'm okay with that.

Roku has started pushing out the update.

This is a patch release focused on fixing bugs found in the 2.0.0 release. A lot of subtitle work and changes to make video playback on Roku 4 devices work again.

I actually have the "share my entire viewing history with friends" thing enabled in . It's only fair. I could already spy on what everyone else watched on my server. They might as well be able to see what I watch.

And the only Plex "friends" I have are the tiny handful of family & friends with access to my server.

People used Trakt for a reason. Isn't this basically just that? Plus the boneheaded opt-out decision that will probably sink them.

(Gotta look into I guess)

Not yet. Next update is adding chapter skip support. Navigation through current playlist won't happen until after that.

@teamtuck This upcoming 2.0.0 release adds tons of new stuff. We're currently at 21 new features, 4 General Improvements, 40 bug fixes, 11 code clean up items, and 7 dev improvements.

Beyond that? We already have PRs for updating the header, adding Random as a sort option, choosing the audio track from the new OSD, and more.
