Hey, self-hoster friends. Could you suggest me a public bookmarking tool that I can host on my machine? Preferably, something lightweight that I can use to create lists of links and share with people.

@preslavrachev I use (https://www.linkace.org/). Very simple, easy to deploy, with simple API (I use it to save link with easily), and with a useful feature to save (if you want) your links in Internet Archive, so in case the original is removed, you can retrieve from the archive.

@pixelfed a very great feature! This can help a lot to migrate to more easily, but seems there is some problem with the photos with webp format. In my case, the lasts published, so I don't know if Instagram change the format after some date (and are the most valuable to migrate for me).

Is there any issue opened about this?

@Kerchief7592 @amadeus @linkace not really. LinkAce it's "just" a bookmarks manager, and Wallabag is like Pocket or Raindrop, so you can read the article directly on it.
