@DerSchulze Demo gegen Rechts! Aber rechts sieht so aus, als wäre es besser auf der Fahrbahn zu fahren. Das Problem bei Rad und Gewegen ist doch oft, dass es da böse Stolperfallen gibt, oder wie machst du das @natenom?

Hello ..

In SSH sessions on my VServer, I often see PHP errors appearing just in the terminal, when I am inside a directory or even when I am working with the nvim editor.

I think it must be some "stdout" or "stderr" or something, some "Linux thing" where the errors are outputted to.

Maybe somebody knows this phenomenon, that errors appear everywhere , no matter what, and can help.

I am using Alpine Linux and PHP 8.2.14

I got this in the file:

log_errors = On
error_log = /var/log/php/php_errors.log
error_reporting = E_ALL

Besides many more line of course. You can check if there is any other option you prefer for E_ALL.

Oh and I think the more important part is this with display_errors = Off:

; it could be very dangerous in production environments. Depending on the code

Ich suche kleine Packtaschen für in den , für Kleinkram, damit es bisschen Ordnung im gibt.
Ich hatte vorher eine Mappe für die ganzen Kleinteile wie Kabel, TAN Genertor und andere Sachen, aber das nimmt zu viel Platz weg, jetzt habe ich zwei Bleckdosen, die zufällig rumstanden, in einer ist der Kleinkram, der Tangenerator, die Kabel und so... in der anderen ist das Ersatzhandy.

Der Rucksack geht jetzt Tag mit zu Arbeit oder auf Reisen, also 250 Tage im Jahr unterwegs.

Die Taschen sollten nicht zu groß sein, vom Volumen her vielleicht so Land wie eine Stiftemappe, aber bisschen mehr Platz drin.

Überlege auch, ob ich stattdessen paar kleiner von den Organisationsmappen kaufe, kleiner, damit die nicht so viel Platz wegnehmen und ich sie randvoll packen kann mit Kram.

Wie schafft ihr Ordnung im Rucksack?

    @fiee du musst mal suchen wieviel Speicher das Ding kann, vielleicht nur 4GB, aber evtl. auch 8GB oder sogar 16GB.

    Mit der genauen Bezeichnung vom dem Thinkpad bekommt man das raus, die RAM sind DDR3, das findet sich mit dem PC3 8500.

    Such mal die Daten vom Laptop, dann kann man schauen welcher RAM am besten ist und was für Module gehen.

    @fiee es kann sein, dass die 4GB Beschränkung daher rührt, dass es ursprünglich nur für Windows XP gedacht war, XP konnte nur 3 oder 4GB Ram.

    Hier stehen ja erstmal alle Daten für den Speicher, also RAM.

    Ich denke 2x4GB sollten gehen, so lang Dein OS 64Bit ist. Ich denke es müssen ggf. auch 2 gleiche Module sein, bin nicht sicher, aber so war das früher oft.

    @anubis2814 you could, but there is no function for it. You could even set the creation date to original date in the past I blieve.

    Someone wrote that planned post could be in the past or so.

    I guess for the import could be an App or the same service for all of these services (Mastodon, Friendica and others), the data format would have to be analyzed and then posts would have to be generated. The data import in a direct way would probably be more efficient, but not sure if that is needed.

    The exports may not include all data, see also Friendica above.

    Why do people from other servers, send moderation reports to me (admin of this server) for spaming users from other servers.

    So user of server A reports users of server B to me on server C?

    Yesterday I tried to setup my own version of OCRbot@fedi.lynnesbian.space, which does on pictures attached to posts on the , which I find an intriguing idea. During the process to set this up I was lazy and asked to guide me through the whole process, which is fairly easy to be honest, but I an playing around with this for fun.

    I wanted to run the OCR on my own server, because I like to run on my own tech too.

    So I asked Chatty to guide me and it worked well, I logged in with the Python bot and wanted to start it and got an API error, it was only then when I told ChatGPT that I am actually trying this with Frienidca and that the API might have its limits.
    I then looked up the API documentation of the Mastodon API that Friendica implemented and asked ChatGPT if there is any essential parts missing that are needed to run the bot.

    ChatGPT 'read' the documentation of both, the bot and the Mastodon API of Friendica and explained:
    "Since Friendica doesn't support the Mastodon streaming API, the OCRbot, which relies on these endpoints, may not be compatible with Friendica without significant modifications to either the bot or the Friendica server."

    Just wanted to write a bit about this experience with Friendica, the bot and ChatGPT.

    Maybe I will setup a instance for this, a single user instance for me and the bot, maybe better a Mastodon instance?

    @shelenn no, that is a different thing, it is more something for the cases that have no caption. Just try it, you need to mention OCRbot@fedi.lynnesbian.space and followed by a three letter language code, ie. for a picture with English text like this:

    OCRbot@fedi.lynnesbian.space eng

    For English it can be omitted to specify the language.

    Frage | Kann es sein das die Suche nach Personen/Accounts ne Macke hat?

    Ich habe auf meiner eigenen Instanz das Problem das ich bei der Suche nach Personen/Accounts immer eine recht seltsame Ausgabe erhalte. Das Problem existiert dabei explizit nicht erst seit dem neuen Release sondern schon länger. Das sieht dann z. B. so aus:

    PS. Mir ist klar das ich auch die ganze URL des Profils, bei dem Beispiel wäre das die kolektiva.social/ aber das kann ja nicht Sinn und Zweck der Sache sein das man erst jede Profil URL heraussuchen muss.

    I can't add a certain diaspora contact ( diaspora.schoenf.de/u/jochen ). Some info messages pop up. I did not have problems adding diaspora contacts until now.

    @jochen @noidea if the problem persist it would be good to open an issue on github, because during this time of the year people will be pretty busy with Christmas and in Germany, so maybe support is limited now.
