Trump’s lawyers would argue that Biden can order Trump’s execution without any punishment, but that it would not cause him to win the next election because the military and other federal officials are not immune and are “obligated” not to follow illegal orders. So basically the argument is that illegal orders are unlikely to be followed.
As Biden, I’m not going to risk publicly having Trump killed. I’m getting a hitman
So? There is no way for the vast majority of users to read or understand the source for something like Firefox - to the point it may as well be closed source. Agreed of course plenty of security researchers will be examining the code which they can’t with Vivaldi - but presumably if that was a security advantage Firefox would have less vulnerabilities when compared to other browsers. (Actually would be interested to see if this is the case!)
I’m looking for a google maps replacement as part of my de google process. One of my cars however uses android auto so I’m stuck there. Is there even an alternative that is open source, has traffic data and works in android auto?
“Well not entirely! One small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders. And life is not easy for the Roman legionaries who garrison the fortified camps of Totorum, Aquarium, Laudanum and Compendium…”
Don’t even need an app. I got an eSIM via a QR code (which went to a website where the eSIM was downloaded). This was on a Pixel 6. I guess the process may be different on other phones.
In the court filing, Castro argues Trump violated the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which bars anyone who engaged in or provided aid or comfort to an insurrection from holding office.
Is there any possibility that this lawsuit is an attempt to get a favourable (to the republican party) ruling (that Trump can stand) by presenting a poor case and therefore blocking a properly prepared and presented case on the basis that it has already been ruled on?

The government is suggesting that it might ban some Apple security updates. Under the latest plans, tech companies would need to notify the British government before rolling out a security fix but might be refused permission if it blocks a vulnerability that’s being exploited by security services.
Hopefully this is the same as the Challenger tanks given by the UK. In itself it’ll make little difference, but enabled other countries to supply their own tanks.

When I first started this show I found it to be a really awkward mix of comedy and seriousness. It had some jokes thrown it at the most inopportune times as some kind of comic relief from a really serious situation. Perhaps the first half of the first season was actually a bit rough or maybe the show just grew on me, but by...
Back in my uni days (1997-01) my uni ran its own Usenet server. Don’t think it carried the alt.binaries, but did have groups specifically for the uni. Sadly only a small handful of people used it.
