@SleepyFellaOksi@trinzu depending on the client, the star is the like, the plain RT aka boost is the same icon, and the reply icon is well, the reply. QT is by sharing the toot with the client itself.
Mind you, there is no algorithm boosting, which means no grifters taking over your feed by buying followers and interactions, also no sponsored posts, resulting in a very similar lack of unwanted posts.
Otoh, you can follow entire hashtags, eg easy #NAFO expansion if you follow the hashtag.
@caseynewton if anything, commune, municipal, federal, state, etc should be running their own ActivityPub servers, whichever they feel more fitting. The EU has Mastodon and PeerTube. Good call.

I'd move my mails to vivaldi.net, but I have size worries, still use other providers, & own domain.
Do you have any plans to implement paid size plan, & features like automatic IMAP fetch, external sending SMTP, own domain management?
