I’d imagine they swap creative blow-offs for laughs, like any job.

I’d disagree but a bit of mint sauce couldn’t hurt at this point.

A fucking pharmacist tried to talk my daughter out of the latest COVID vaccine (which I guess is its own thing and not just a booster). Wtf? This was at Walgreens. I’m proud of my kid, though.

Oh you mean the 42 town-sized forward operating bases inside the treasonous province? They will come in very handy in the 72 hours it takes to resecure that territory.

Well, get busy. That screenplay isn’t going to write itself. Or will it? cue intense music

I recommend a vinegar based sauce to cut through the richness of the fatty ego.

This guy got fired for physically assaulting a student athlete on tape. His privilege kept him out of jail. Fuck the both of them. They’re criminals.

I’ve never heard of a celibacy fetish before but I guess it’s a wide world.

I appreciate your commitment to inclusion.

Willful ignorance. It appears that doesn’t make one immune either.

I think it’s a nice gesture to give the full-sized Russet rather than the fun size new potato.

I’d like it to be affordable. I don’t mind PPV but come on.

Israel Military Reports It Was You, The Reader, Who Blew Up Hospital (www.theonion.com)

GAZA CITY, GAZA—Following conflicting accounts of a horrific attack on a Gaza hospital, officials from the Israeli Defense Forces released a new statement Wednesday that claimed it was you, the reader of this very article, who committed the act of terror.

As soon as you see “upstate”, you can bet it’s as provincial as any near midwestern state. I grew up along the southern border with PA. It’s more conservative than most people think. The Amish and Mennonite residents feel right at home in those communities.

Really?
Are we just critiquing news sources and their poor headline or can we actually comment about the subject?

This person succeeded in spite of being told by an Ivy League school that she wasn’t faculty material. Considering the male professor wasn’t discouraged, I’m guessing it’s just simple sexism.

I’m starting to think they also don’t want to see his arm tats that honor victims of gun violence. That would be another crisis unaddressed.

Supreme Court Could Trigger Hundreds of Billions in Corporate Tax Cuts 'With the Stroke of Pen' (www.commondreams.org)

A Washington-based married couple’s challenge to an obscure provision of the 2017 Republican tax law has the potential to become “the most important tax case in a century,” with far-reaching implications for federal revenues, key social programs, and Congress’ constitutional authority to impose levies on income....

If they are installing themselves as such an influence, I’m sure it come as no surprise when the torches and pitchforks come out. The legislature is too broken to deal with this. It will literally be the end of their lifetime appointments. Sadly

At this point, if you don’t have a dedicated intelligence officer camped out there, you’re not really trying. Gotta be careful though; they could turn them!

Centrist Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) is circulating a proposal to reestablish the Senate’s dress code, which Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) loosened over the weekend to allow senators to wear whatever they want on the Senate floor, according to senators familiar with the proposal....

Like so many parts of the health care industry in the US, people like to make money off of diabetes not invest in solutions.

I’ve got a question about the classified document case. Do you think I should get Jiffy Pop original or Orville Redenbacher microwave for my nightly news recaps?

Of course, people in their mid-fifties are useless. That's a bit short-sighted, don't you think?

From a humanitarian standpoint, I feel we needn’t make it more emotionally difficult for anyone. Struggling just to get medical care should not be required.
