It perhaps bears noting that the "claim" emanates from an Israeli "security" agency notorious for extracting "intel" via torture, and that the countries pulling funding to have never condemned (nor stopped funding or arming it) for killing more UN personnel in than have ever been killed in any armed conflict, the vast majority of them UNRWA staff.

And also that said "claim" coincides oh so sERenDipiTouSLy with an ICJ ruling unfavourable to Israel.
