Today's opinion in the AL case illustrates consequences of the "shadow docket." The court upheld lower court, which itself applied clear precedent...but it STAYED the lower court pending decision, allowing the illegal map to be used in 2022!

Allowing the ILLEGAL map to be used in 2022! It was a clear strike against fair voting by the corrupt scotus.
