The binder contained raw intelligence on Russian agents, including sources and methods. It was never returned. It is still missing.

On Mon, June 27th, Nauta went to Mar-a-Lago but doesn't appear to have entered the property, meeting De Oliveira instead on an adjacent property on the north end of Mar-a-Lago.

There is No other case where a Court gave the parties more than 5 weeks to resolve disputes on a protective order for classified info (Section 3 Motion). Normally takes a few days/one week.

3/ JUST IN: DOJ opposes a delay in Friday’s pretrial hearing in the Trump documents case. Trump’s codefendant Walt Nauta requested a delay because his attorney - Stan Woodward - is in trial this week in DC.
This is a delay tactic and the first real test for the #Court to keep the case on schedule. The Court scheduled the CIPA hearing on June 26, but counsel waited two weeks to object to the date. Counsel also does not need a clearance to participate in a #CIPA Section 2 conference.

NEW: ▪️A filing just posted on the UNITED STATES vs. Trump docket that could be a superseding indictment.
▪️A sealed filing has appeared on the docket in United States v. Trump and Nauta.
▪️ It may be the list of 84 potential witnesses who Trump and Nauta are not allowed to communicate with about the case.
▪️The motion to continue the trial certainly makes even more sense if this new filing is a superseding indictment.
