  1. Reading Book of Law
  2. Reading Meditations of Marcus Aurelius or Seneca’s letters
  3. Body workout, especially lifting weights
  4. Reading novels just for fun
  5. Sexual activity, with partner or alone
  6. Playing games often, but not very late
  7. Spending time with child
  8. Trying to eat healthy food at least 70% of my diet
  9. drinking a lot of water, especially when stressed out
  10. Deep breathing, using 3-1-6 method
