@JenMsft Today I wasn't able to insert my USB drive no matter how much I was flipping it; after taking a close look at it, I found out that I took part of somebody's USB port with me – the plastic nub was stuck in my drive.

@JenMsft I have a solution!

1. Look at the port on the device
2. look at the connector on the doo hicker
3. Orientate them appropriately
4. Repeat 1-2 while maintaining orientation while moving the closer VERY slowly, and never break eye contact
5. when almost inserted, jam them together when they’re least expecting it
6. ?!?!
7. Flip the doo hicker over, and it will now insert.
