Because today, after finishing the inventory of every single thing in our house for our Big May Move to Canada, we finished assigning a dollar amount to each item for Border Guys.
Thank you! This is very helpful. We are tethered to Jedi's 88-yr-old mom who has dementia, so we couldn't consider leaving until after she passes. And my daughter (& family) are another tether we'd have to be sure we accommodated. We've talked a lot about leaving.
Your first post said a lot of the same things I have said about 2016+. I find it hard to live where a dead body has more rights than people born with uteruses and those who need gender-affirming healthcare.

I recommend one dozen Canadian butter tarts made with buttery handmade tart dough, butter, brown sugar and if you feel so inclined, lots of plump raisins.

@KingShawn Oo, maybe you can answer this. That form we have to fill out? There's not nearly enough space for all our listed stuff. Do they accept attachments? Or do we print out the form a few times?
@GottaLaff I filled in the form and then separately printed out the rest and attached/stapled it to the form.
There’s supposedly stuff you don’t have to include but I didn’t want to take any chances (all it takes is one grumpy border guard to completely ruin your day 😳) so I included EVERYTHING.
