@GottaLaff I read Judge Engoron's decision last night. Although IANAL, the depth of the explanations, especially when he found a witness not credible, was riveting.
Finally, the orange menace grifter & his sons are getting what they deserve. Not only that, Trump's "art of the steal" reveals what a pathetic excuse he is as a businessman. Must be psychologically damaging at the least.

I once saw a piece about vets removing weird things that people's pets had eaten. It had things you'd expect, like dogs eating a package of hair ties, but the most amazing one was someone's pet python that had eaten AN ENTIRE BEACH TOWEL. They showed the towel being pulled out an unimaginably long time. 😳
And THAT is what I imagine every time I read Trump has to pay "#disgorgement"! 😂😂

@GottaLaff He is so financially screwed. He can't borrow from any bank licensed in NY, which is about every major bank in the world, he has 30 days to get a bond or pony up the cash. To do those things he needs a loan or will have to sell property at firesale prices. And his first queued-up criminal trial starts on my birthday. I'm having a good year thus far.

So on the comment, "He may have authored 'The Art of the Deal,'" Trump actually did not.
However I would be glad to "credit" trump with that whole "art of the steal" thing.
@GottaLaff it’s amazing that the only way we could finally hold him accountable for his decades of fraud was for him to be elected president. Pretty sure he wouldn’t have ended up in our AG’s sights without it.
And how much better the country and world would be today if he didn't run for president...and he still would be getting away with his grifting and tax evasions
@GottaLaff but let's not fool ourselves that this isn't exactly how the system works. Of course, in the present case he actually lied and got caught. But they get all kinds of favorable deals as is. And I'm sure many others lie and don't get caught.
Edit: oops. The expression should have been "that this isnt exactly how"
@GottaLaff EVERYTHING he's done has been shady, if the "regular Joe" did the same they'd serve time and lose their job, business and or make it hard to find work
