The head of #Russia’s #HumanRights Council, Valery Fadeev, has said the government should consider a ban on wearing #niqabs, a traditional #Muslim veil that covers the entire face apart from the eyes.
The official voiced the proposal in an interview with the Parlamentskaya Gazeta newspaper published on Monday, which focused on the risks of extremism in multi-ethnic society.
#Muslim voters in #India feel targeted more and more by the ruling party and Prime Minister #Modi with hate speeches. There have been reports of Muslim voters' names being removed from the voting list and in one village in #UttarPradesh, they were even beaten up. But no action has been taken by the #Election Commission of India against these complaints prompting activists to launch a campaign against it. Navodita Kumari reports.

Seems pretty clear the girl was attacked, although parents do lie about this typa thing about their kids so "not being #Muslim" might not be the real reason.
Abgesehen davon, dass ich TikTok nicht mag weil ich deren Zweck nicht einsehe, nutzen es sehr viele und vor allem sehr junge Menschen und dies auch kommerziell. Wie eben YouTube & Co. und eigentlich nicht viel anders aber auch als politische Propaganda eine Konkurenz zusätzlich.
