Strong action should be taken against such irrational driving especially by a teen. The government should impose strict laws to discourage it!

Ne serait-t-il pas plus intelligent d'envoyer une plainte au lieu de montrer le visage de cet homme...
Si chacun fait sa police, que va devenir ce monde ? Surtout que cet homme a peut-être des problèmes et ça ce n'est pas pris en compte par le commerçant même si c'est malheureux qu'il s'est fait voler à la vue de tout le monde.
