I get incredible satisfaction from making wifey and I latte's every day.

A couple of weeks ago I re-set up our espresso machine (I had been making pour-over coffees since the pandemic started) and the joy I get from pulling a perfect espresso shot on our manual machine, keeps me going.

Once a always a barista...

Frage an die Hobby-Baristas. Warum wird der Kaffee seit neustem mit Wasser eingesprüht vor dem Mahlen?

@benny ich hab null Ahnung von Kaffee, aber ich kenn das an anderer Stelle (zB Straßenreinigung) so, damit das weniger staubt.
