Project on github. You don't have a bug, but you want to ask the author some questions about the code either because something isn't working quite right or you want to contribute. Submitting an issue isn't right since you're just asking non-bug/issue-related questions. Author doesn't have any great ways to contact him.
As expected pretty low on average, partly explained by the fact that writing tests for Bolts is not trivial but at least we can now see where new tests should be added.

I added support for making JokeBot translatable into other #languages, and I need some help translating JokeBot into as many languages as possible, so it can be used by non-English speakers. Also, please make sure that you open an issue before you open a PR, so others will know that a #translation is a work in progress.
