My husband dropped his AirPods case. Both pods popped out. One was easy to find; the other has fallen into an eddy in the space-time continuum or turned to gas or something. We looked all over, no joy.
We'll look again in the morning. Maybe it will have dropped back out again by then.

Willow update:
She got her sts out today! Her incisions have been healing really well.
Vet says the large mass he removed as a soft tissue sarcoma, grade 2. He believes he got it all, and chances of recurrence are probably low. We'll keep a close eye on her, but so far, so good.🤞

I actually got out of the house today! I got gas in the car, went to Kinokuniya and bought some stuff I liked but didn't NEED*, then went to Target. Tomorrow I'll go out and get a haircut.

*except for the smol totoro I got as an emotional support totoro for when I go to the dentist next time.

My MIL is having some kind of reaction to her last COVID vac - mosltly pain & redness in her arm. After talking to her, my husband said to me "You know, she's not used to pain." (She's 91.)
I said "Let's reflect on what you just said. I can't remember that last time that SOMETHING in my body didn't hurt."

Well shit. According to the tracking #, my Knitpicks order was delivered "to a neighbor, as requested". Which is bullshit, because I DIDN'T DO THAT. In fact, I was home when they said it was delivered.

Watched Nyad (movie) on Netflix. Always awed by marathon sports.

Changed mind AGAIN on shawl edging. Pulled some rows out, got everything back on the needles with Pacific Rim playing in the background.

Made roasted veg for supper for the first, but def not the last time! Store-bought pork roast with it.

Got aerosol whipped cream to use on strawberries & angel food cake, and to squirt directly into dog mouths. 😁

Sometimes I think about bloggers whose blogs I enjoyed, and who have stopped blogging.

How are they doing? Are things ok? And often, How are their dogs now?

I know people have lots of reasons to stop, and that's fine. But I sure miss a lot of folks I used to read. I wish them well and hope they're ok.
